Terms of Use
These terms explain how REXO can be used, how subscriptions and optional AI features work, and what responsibilities remain with the user when organizing financial information inside the app.
Finance tool, not advice
REXO helps users organize spending, subscriptions, goals, and receipts. It does not provide tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.
Subscriptions stay in-app
Paid digital features are sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system where applicable, with pricing shown in the live paywall and App Store purchase sheet.
AI needs user action
AI categorization, receipt parsing, and insights are only triggered when the user actively asks for them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using REXO, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
2. Service description
REXO provides personal finance tools such as expense tracking, subscription tracking, savings goals, receipt capture, transaction categorization, and optional AI-generated finance insights. The service is designed for organization and productivity, not regulated financial advice.
3. App Store terms and licensed application terms
If you download REXO through Apple platforms, use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Apple Standard Licensed Application Terms.
4. Accounts and security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sign-in credentials and for activity under their account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly and secure your device and authentication methods.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions. Current product names, billing period, price, trial terms, and renewal information are shown in the live in-app paywall and in the App Store purchase sheet before checkout. Subscription management, cancellation timing, refund handling, and regional pricing are governed by Apple where Apple billing is used.
6. AI features
When a user requests optional AI-powered features, the submitted content may be processed through REXO backend services and approved third-party providers such as OpenAI or DeepSeek. Users must only submit information they are authorized to provide. REXO does not request or transmit banking passwords, PINs, CVV values, or similar financial authentication secrets for AI processing.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with product operation, upload unlawful material, or use the product to process content you have no right to submit. Abuse, fraud, or security threats may result in restricted access.
8. Data deletion and termination
Users may stop using REXO at any time. Signed-in users may delete their cloud account from the app settings where supported. We may suspend or terminate access if required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
9. Intellectual property
The software, branding, design, copy, and related materials associated with REXO remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
10. Disclaimers
REXO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any financial summary, categorization, or AI suggestion is always complete or correct without user review.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REXO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on app output without user verification.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms when the product, law, subscription offering, or operations change. Continued use of REXO after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
